We are excited to reveal a new Home Owner’s Portal and Maintenance Management system to roll out over the next 12 months!
Thompson Sustainable Homes have been working hard behind the scenes for the past 18 months implementing a 21st century internal/external building management system that will allow our clients to have 24hr digital access to all levels of their home building from first to last contact.
The benefits of this new system will enhance communication streams between staff and new homeowners and provide easy access to lodge feedback and scheduled maintenance requests and with actionable KPIs. We believe, this is the first of its kind in Australia, and will propel Thompson Sustainable Homes to tighter efficiencies and significant improvements across communications, as well as direct access to the latest happenings on your building site. The client benefits are significant too as you will have access to your very own client portal from day of sign up, right through to handover and an aftercare service and home warranty portal to access for the next 6.5 years.
